You can fix this by logging into your account through the Parent Section of the app, which refreshes your access and applies the upgrade.
- Open the ABCmouse 2 app.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ to access the Parent Section.
- Log in using the same email and password you used to subscribe. This step is important because logging in through the Settings section refreshes your account and applies the upgraded access.
