Is there a Parent Section in the ABCmouse 2.0 app?

The ABCmouse 2.0 app includes a Parent Section where you can manage your account and customize your child’s learning experience.

To access the Parent Section:

1. Look for the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner of the home screen.
   

2. You’ll be asked what year you were born as a quick verification step.

   🔐 This information is not stored and is only used to ensure an adult is accessing the settings.

In the Parent Section, you can:

• • Go Premium!
    Unlock the full experience by upgrading—just tap Go Premium to subscribe if you haven’t already.

  • Add a Child Profile
    With premium access, you can create additional child profiles right from the Parent Section.

  • Device Options

    • Turn your microphone on or off

    • Allow or disable notifications

    • Toggle music/sounds on or off

    • Switch the language used for navigation (activities will still be taught in English)

  • Support Options

    • Tap Support to visit our Help Center

    • If you’ve made a purchase, log in through the app to access your full subscription benefits

    • Tap Restore Purchases if you're having trouble accessing a paid subscription
