We are actively investigating ABCmouse 2.0 password issues, as detailed below, that have been reported by some of our subscribers
-
Description: Some users have reported that after experiencing log-in errors, they tried to reset their password, but the password reset tool was not working properly for them and they did not receive a password reset email.
-
Status: In most instances, there are non-technical reasons for ABCmouse 2.0 users experiencing these password issues: trying to reset the password in the wrong place, needing to restore a purchase made in an App Store, attempting to log in to ABCmouse 2.0 on the web instead of the app (see below for details). We are, however, actively working to see if there are any technical factors contributing to these issues. We will update this page if we have any new information.
