How is my child's Learning Path level determined in ABCmouse 2.0?
To provide a seamless learning experience, we approximate your child's new Learning Path level in ABCmouse 2.0 based on their birthdate. If you would like to adjust their Learning Path level, you can do so by changing grade level settings for your child’s profile:

Go to the Settings menu (click the gear icon in upper-right).

Select the profile icon for your child.

Select a Reading Grade Level and Math Grade Level for your child and click Save.
If I have ABCmouse 1.0, can I access 2.0?
If you have been using ABCmouse 1.0, you can access ABCmouse 2.0 using the same email and password. Your child profiles and tickets will transfer automatically. However, if your ABCmouse 1.0 account was canceled or expired, you will need to set up a new subscription and payment details in ABCmouse 2.0 before you can regain access.
