If you can't log in to ABCmouse 2 because you forgot your password, you can reset it quickly by selecting Forgot your password? on the app's login screen, or click the Need help? link on the web login page (https://plus.abcmouse.com/login/).
If you entered the correct email address that's associated with your ABCmouse 2 account, a reset link will be sent to your registered email, allowing you to create a new password.

Steps to Reset Your ABCmouse 2 Password
- Click Forgot your password? on the ABCmouse 2 app or the Need Help? link on the web login.
- On the Account Access page, select the Click here link. (Click here if you've been using the same password for both ABCmouse and ABCmouse 2.)
- Enter the email address you used to create your account, then click Send.
- An email with a link will then be sent to your inbox, allowing you to change your password.

If you do not see our email in your inbox:
